| Tim Brandvold, COO Tim has been involved in construction through most of his life. A gifted carpenter and problem solver, he knows the ins and outs of doing the job right. On the job site, he is head of production and is the lead project manager. He runs every job with a very efficient schedule, making sure the team stays on budget and within scope. On every project, he makes sure all jobs are ready for the next task, and is constantly pushing for change and improvement. But perhaps his greatest strength is his ability to develop a personal and trusting relationship with each and every client. |

| Chris Fehr, Lead Carpenter Chris takes care of all of the day-to-day transformations. For each of his projects, he is on site to make sure each task and subcontractor is on track. Chris is a fantastic carpenter, gifted in every facet. He never misses a beat and can handle nearly any challenge thrown his way. Chris develops trusting relationships with each client, making sure quality is the end result. |

| Kris Waggoner, Designer Kris has innate design savvy and a great sense of space and function. From the beginning, Kris can put together an entire project with colors, product selections, and use of space – and not look back. Professional, personable, and problem solving solutions are always her greatest strengths. |

| Ronda Brandvold, Designer A certified NKBA designer, Ronda is very goal and project focused. Being detail oriented and following through are two of her greatest strengths. She does a fantastic job of keeping the production people on task and material selections ahead of schedule. Proficient with Chief Architect, w.b. builders design software, Ronda not only develops excellent solutions – she also establishes great relationships with all clients. |
